The original "Wii U GamePad High-Capacity Battery (2550mAH)" has the model number WUP-013

Nintendo of Europe and the batteries… they did not distribute the bigger battery in all countries. A while ago it was possible to get them on Amazon from France – but they aren't manufactured anymore and if one shows up… EXTREME high price.

Nintendo will not sell you any replacement battery (if nothing has changed) but will want you to send in the GamePad. It tried my very best on the phone and in the Chat – but failed.

Edit: The very cheap replacement is most likely fake. I don't believe it has 3600mAh. That would be about 41% more than the original "big" battery. Nobody can tell in advance if it is comparable to the original in the sense of capacity and longevity.
If you decide to get it, it would be nice if you post some test results (How long does it work on which brightness setting).
