If you have Luma3DS custom firmware, you don't need to region change your USA firmware if you want to play games from other regions / languages.

I don't wanna hijack this thread but how about the other way around? Are japanese N3DSLL, or N2DSLL patch-able? like how DSi langage patcher changes jap DSis? Thanks!

Japanese 3DS can be turned into US 3DS without issue
