It is an issue where 3DS does not recognize the SD card and or the file it is looking for (Boot.nds)
If you did the test (opening the nds game used to for the mod) before the system transfer from CFW-3DS to noncfw-3DS, the error shows up intentionally.
Check the SD for the file in the root directory. That should solve the issue.

Do you have the boot.nds on the root of your card at all? Looks like you may be missing that file

Yup, your missing the file, try adding the file boot.nds that the guide tells you about.
