Hacking CFW does nintendo eshop work?

i want to download youtube app but i dont know where to get it . so i go to nintendo eshop . it shoe error code 007-2001
1. does CFW . nintendo eshop will not work.
2. does it has youtube in cia
3. can we make 3ds be like multimedia entertainment such as watching movie. can u suggest any cia file.

when access eshop show error code 007-2001

I've never seen someone successfully access the eShop after a region change. Also PLEASE stop making a new thread for all of your issues. Just stick to one thread.

There is no reason to change your 3ds region. Luma3ds has regionfree patches, and freeshop can download US titles. You can also change the default 3ds language in system settings.
