Pretty new to PSP modding and homebrew. Looking to add CFW for the emulators but I dont want to miss out on retail games, namely Metal Gear Peacewalker. Will CFW make it so I cant play new retail games? If so is it easy to go back and forth between the two?

Most likely. Though if you want to swap between the 2 we need to know what type of PSP you have.
