There's no more need of obtain movable.sed through Seedminer
@taydragonfly, revisit 3ds.hacks.guide and check the latest available methods of installing custom firmware. Seedminer seems to have been superseded by Installing boot9strap (Broswer) for the n3DS series and Installing boot9strap (safecerthax) for the o3DS series.
