Homebrew CFW 3DS color saturation tool?

Hello I am with the mass majority of people who have TN panels and was wondering is there a color saturation tool or something like a cia program or anything along those lines? I'll probably never find an IPS or even top IPS galaxy 3dsxl so I was wondering if this exists. Also (to curb my want), what are advantages to TN panels?

The color difference on IPS when looking head-on is really small. At the end of the day 2/3DSXLs are just washed out, low saturation panels.

The more advanced version of Redshift by sono let you tweak the gamma of each color, which you can use to increase saturation at the risk of black crush. However I don't think the version implemented in newer Luna has that degree of control, just a few presets of blue light filter.

can you link me to that download? I really do not care about black/dark colors being too dark.
