Hacking Cfgusb and Offline Covers

Hi guys- I'm using cfg USB v62 and I'm having some problems with covers. I downloaded the new list from wiitb(I think that's right) and put them in the covers folder but they don't load. Any suggestions? Thank you (I tried doing a search but couldn't find anything to where they didn't work). Am I putting the covers in the wrong area
