Hacking CFG USBLoader freezing on cover downloads

I just updated my CFG USB loader via my computer....deleted the old app/config files and downloaded the new one from the gbatemp forum page for CFG USB loader (v60). Now when I went to redownload all my covers, it just starts to download the first one and freezes. It initializes the network but then freezes when downloading. Same happens when trying to update titles.txt and wiitbd database. I tried updated titles.txt and wiitbd manually from wiitbd.com and covers still won't downloaded.

UPDATE: I just updated CFG USB loader to v61 beta from the program itself... and still no avail. Any suggestions?
