I've just finished the porting of Cfg Usb Loader v70 MOD r78 to the new devkitppc 27 / libogc 1.8.12. Here is the patch and the prebuild libraries to put inside the /lib directory of Cfg Usb Loader sources. As per my other patches, if someone needs it PM me to get the compiled boot.dol.
