Emulation [CEMU] Vulkan doesn't work properly

So one month ago, I built a new pc (but it doesn't have a gpu), and I tried out some wii u games and I've heard that vulkan's the fastest one. So I tried it, guess what, no dice.
It just freezes for 1-2 minutes, then it continues, then freezes. (btw, when it "freezes" it says it's compiling pipelines)

I've tried everything. All different combinations of settings.
Now, in this case, I would just update the igpu driver, right?
Well, can't do that when I already HAVE the latest one.

BTW, this problem doesn't appear only on cemu. For example, on dolphin, when I start mario party 6, the picture gets stuck in the dolby sound logo

Intel UHD graphics 630
8GB of ram

Vulkan here. Works PERFECT. Nvidia + ASYNC.
