Castle Crashers Port

    Hey people of GBATemp. I come bearing a new idea.
    Has anyone ever played Castle Crashers (XBOX360, PS3)?
    It is a really fun game derrived from a flash game on newgrounds.
    Well, what if it was ported to DS?

    Does anyone know what language it was written in?

    Its just a start, I don't know if it will become a real project.
    And by the way, NO FLAMING.

    Just assume that if you don't take the project upon yourself, it won't get done.

    I mean there are many "ideas" voiced on these forums, and they usually want someone else to make it a reality.

    A Castle Crashers game seems a bit far fetched if you look at current DS homebrew.

    Besides the word "port" implies you have the game's source code. I highly doubt you do, since it's a commercial game.

    Which means you're gonna have to write it from scratch.

    Game ideas go nowhere.

    1 - Nobody here's willing to port or remake a game on a whim. It's a FUCKTON more work than you think it is, and the people that know enough are usually busy with their own projects.

    2 - For the people that don't know how to program and want to get it done, it'll be months before they know enough programming to port it.

    I didnt say i wanted anyone to do it. i originally wanted to do it myself. and i know its a FUCKTON of work.
