Hardware Car audio replacement

I looked up '03 Civic Coupe and from the pictures I saw it's single. A single-DIN radio is two inches tall. Width is standard, depth doesn't matter much*.

*= depth isn't going to matter.

Good, I was thinking it was that size, makes things less complicated whenever I replace that sucker. Thanks again for your guys' help :P I want to go with Pioneer so it matches my speakers ;) Speaking of which, the OEM speakers had paper cones, which were damaged from the moisture, which I'm sure didn't help the sound at all. Plus it's good they have removable faceplates, so that makes me feel a little safer.

Edit: Derp. Best Buy has a little toolbar thingy that says "will this fit in my car" whereupon you can look it up and it'll tell you if it fits or not. :P

Edit: Sicklyboy, what the hell, I'll go ahead and just get a new deck/head unit, I plan on picking one up next week, I was going to use some of my tax refund for rent, but now that I landed a job, it's not as urgent for me to save all the money I got back :yay: Which of the units I want, well, I'm going to still compare them all, weigh all the pros and cons, but I might as well go the rest of the way and get one with USB and/or aux (even the 60 dollar one has an aux and has gotten a lot of good reviews). I'll need a 3.5 mm to car stereo cable too :P

That 3.5mm cable is just a standard auxiliary cable - everyone sells them, if you're not urgently waiting for it you could pick one up for way cheaper on Amazon. Otherwise, you know, whatever floats your boat.

I mean if you need some of it for rent, dude, waiting another week or two for another paycheck to come in isn't gonna kill you. Better be safe than sorry, tbh, but if you think you'll be fine then it is what it is.

I have nice chunk of change, I have way more than what it costs to install the unit, (what I'm saying is, I'll still have plenty after I buy and have it installed, etc). So I'm not worried at all, glad the cable size is standard :D
