Hacking Question Can't we use layeredFS function on system titles?

So I'm trying to use layeredFS on Qlaunch to change some message.
I edited msbt files and put that on atmosphere/titles/(titleid)/romfs/message/USen/qlaunch.msbt szs
When I turn on layeredFS mode, nothing changed.

Is layeredFS doesn't support system titles? or am I doning something wrong?

The current circulation version of fs_mitm is limited to only game applications. You need to modify the "should_mitm" function to allow romfs override on system titles.
