Hacking Can't upgrade my r4

I recently found 2 r4s, one is(apparently) a really old and fake one, and the other is from r4i-sdhc and it has the 3ds mark in green so i guess it shoul be "new".
I also recently updated my DSi Xl to 1.4.5E so i wanted to upgrade the card too, but this is what happens:
I boot up the flashcart with the latest firmware on a Phat DS
I go to config, then to upgrade and it gives me no update option:

How do i fix this issue?

Your old R4 is as fake as the r4i-sdhc.com r4.

Iv got a D's lite.with a r4i upgrade 1.4. I'm having trouble setting it up can you set it up of a phone iv downloaded the kernel.v1.84b extracted the 4 files but I get a red menu? Please help or is it no longer available
