Hacking Can't update Godmode9 1.0.7

My 3ds Is on version 11.3.0-36 U and i want to update and install frogminer. but i think i cant do that without uninstall Luma on it.
But i can't update Godmode9 don't matter what i do. i already replaced the files and when i go to godmode it's still in version 1.0.7 and don't have the scripts option to even begin to uninstall the previous hack.
Can anyone help me somehow? i really don't know what to do.

your going to wind up with Luma once again. so doing this isn't really helpful. You want to just look at updating files for cfw you have

Frogminer is used to install luma.
When you hold select (or start, can't remamber) while booting what luma version do you have? (do it with and without sd and report back).

Frogminer is used to get CFW. You already have CFW. All you need to do is to download cias.
