The update is saved on your 3DS. It's going to show up every time. Why not just update?Even after using ctr-httpwn. Is there an homebrew app that blocks those pesky notifications?

I'll lose my homebrew, as well as all the other stuff! The update is saved on your 3DS. It's going to show up every time. Why not just update?
Don't tell people to update. It's going to show up every time. Why not just update?
You could change your DNS settings for your internet connection to the tubehax DNS: 107.211.140.065, though this will prevent you from accessing the eShop as well, I believe.Even after using ctr-httpwn. Is there an homebrew app that blocks those pesky notifications?
This will not remove the update nag from the browser though, correct?Don't tell people to update.

Alternatively, you could enter into the recovery mode (hold A+R+L+Up(DPad) while booting your 3DS) and then press the 'Cancel' button. This deletes the downloaded update data, though your 3DS will redownload it, so it'll only remove the update nag temporarily (unless you change your DNS settings).
Other than that, there's no way to get around it, I'm afraid.
