You need to update your FW at least at 14.1.2.

I had a similar issue on both Switches. Check if the sigpatches are up-to-date. And I had to restart without any luck. Then I shut down the Switch console, restarted and I could start the game. Don't ask why. It just worked for me this way.

Im having a similar problem, except Im able to play scarlet just fine.

Whenever I try to install Violet i get the error "Software could not start"

Downloaded from two seperate reputable sources, and both give me the same error. Once again, I've converted the XCI files using the exact same keys as I did for Scarlet.

Scarlet works fine, Violet will not start despite multiple deletes and reinstalls.

Any thoughts, advice or help would be appreciated!
