Homebrew Can't run comic book ds?

I'm running ysmenu+DSTT on an r4 and I can't seem to run comic book ds... it freezes whenever I try and load it.
The firmware etc are up to date. oddly I used to be able to run the program when I was on r4 1.18?

fixed it, had the r4DLDI.dat in the wrong place
