Hacking Can't Remember this Homebrew

My microSD card died so I naturally purchased a new one. I remember I had this nice homebrew loader that had a scrollable interface with icons for each homebrew. You could add homebrew apps by pressing the start button and selecting the location. The default interface had a yellow background.

Can anyone refresh my memory?
