Hacking Cant play ps2 games or ps1?

I have ps2 games that wont work? it said i dont have a placeholder? also can i get online? i am right now completely disconnected, never loggin to my network

Only BC models can play PS2 natively.

If you're on a non-BC model, you can use PS2 Classics ISO, however you need an encrypted ISO and the PS2 Placeholder to launch.

Can you get online? Yes, with either spoofers, but you do so at your own risk.
