Hacking Can't play games above my version

Hello... hope im not being a bother, but

I installed a game, got the compatibility pack, then afterwards tried to get ref00d by following the tutorial 'finalizing setup' but I just get an error C1-6703-6
I've restarted the PSV a few times and nothing happens
What have I done wrong or missed? Should I just update to 3.65 somehow?

Also does any1 know how to save pictures to the 'photo' application, music to the 'music' application, and videos to the 'video' application that comes with the Vitas?
Content manager doesn't work for some reason

Your tai config.txt could be wrong. Or you don't have the ref00d plugin installed/setup correctly. There is also an updated keys.bin for it. You can get ref00d here :-

Are you using QCMA instead of CMA?

I'll try and throw them in again, and should I also upload an image of the contents of my config.txt? (I dont know if theres anything unique per vita in there I shouldn't share or something?)

Yes I think I used QCMA
it asked me to sign in, I made a PSN and tried again but it just disconnects me from the PC after a while without even connecting

Used official one, its working fine now lol

ok nevermind its not working...
the official Content Manager Assistant allows me to actually connect and everything, but nothing is there
when im trying to copy over music, it copies and goes through them, but nothing actually gets copied and it says 'failed to copy some items' (all 600+ of them)

QCMA just doesn't connect for some reason at all; it just says 'failed to connect to PC' and nothing else other than the default troubleshoot the ps vita goes through of 'is CMA installed on the PC?'
