I can boot the game via NDS-Bootstrap from the Twilight Menu, but I can't open the in-game menu.
I tried changing the hotkeys and pressing them, but it's still the same.
And I tried using an older version of NDS-Bootstrap, but it's the same.
I'm using R4 SDHC Dual-core 2022 (r4isdhc.hk) on my NDSL.
Has anyone had the same problem as me?

This is a known issue. The only way to open the in-game menu on your flashcard is to re-install the flashcard kernel you used before installing TWLMenu++.
The kernel can then be used to manually start TWLMenu++.
