Hardware Can't log into the E-Shop

Hi!Before i start talking,i'm italian.So forgive me for the orrible translation.
I've recently installed the homebrew channel via menuhax in the normal 3ds menu and in the sysnand.But,when i open the homebrew's eshop app in the normal 3ds nand,it works.When i open it via the sysnand it doesn't works.It says that the console must be updated.Anyone can help me about this problem?

You will not be able to open the eShop on the sysNAND because of the firmware version. But you can use the eShop normally on your emuNAND.

Thank you so much,and can i download the patch for a game?For example i have Mario e Luigi,but there is a glitch that only the patch can fix.But this patch can't be downloaded from the eshop.How i can download it?

As far as I know, yes. But if go to the eShop you lose your .CIA themes.
And you have to keep in mind that only games from your region can have their patches downloaded straight from the eShop.

Serously?But i have the 9.2,i can't go to the eshop and if i go via homebrew i don't find the updates.
Never mind,i just re-downloaded the e-shop app.Thanks,it works now!

You have to go from the emuNAND. You do know that you can update your emuNAND to the latest version, right?

O3DS using basically any CFW and N3DS using ReiNAND and Cakes (if I'm not mistaken).

I'm afraid,because i think that with the 10.4 update i can't go in the sysnand via the homebrowser

If you've got emunand you don't need to ever use your sysnand (except for maybe running ds flashcarts)

I think you are a little bit confused. The emunand is different from the sysnand. You can update emunand normally.

What CFW are you using? Do you have a New or an Old 3DS?

Yes you can update your Emunand to 10.5 in system settings
