Hacking Can't Load SSBB on USB Loader GX, Help?

I've looked into for a long while, and i don't know what to do, so I'll just explain everything as best as i can.

First, I found a WBFS file for SSBB, already had the latest version of Hombrew, had got USB Loader GX, (Version 3.0 r1226) and put the SSBB WBFS file in the USB flash drive and loaded it so I can play SSBB after many years of never playing it.

Now, this is where things get weird

I tired to transfer the WBFS file to my USB flash drive, and basicly after about 15+ minutes, its done, but nothing shows up on it.

So I decide to just format it to NTFS so I can copy it over to my USB drive just using my computer, and it works, its on there flash drive.

I loaded the USB Loader GX, I see SSBB available from the list (However no art was there, but it said Super Smash Bros Brawl) and I start to load it but nothing happens, just a blank screen, then restarts to homebrew.

Can someone give a me a step by step answer how to fix this, I just want to play Brawl again after many years of never touching it.
