Hacking Can't load games

I know that it's more a question than a forum but i can't ask questions for now because i'm new here.

So i just got my R4i gold pro 2018 i follow a tutorial to made it work and input some games to test it out but when i'm launching a game, the loeading screen appears and then... nothing, i think it crashes and i don't know how to prevent that of happenning.

First of all, have you installed the right firmware?

I was getting a similar error. The way I attempted to fix it was to turn off R4 updates on the R4 card but then you get the black/white screen error afterwards. So it's not really a fix.

My research suggests that it's a problem with the SD card. I've ordered a new one and will try again. It comes in a few days and I'll report back to you after trying. Hopefully, some of the more experienced R4 users can help us.

I tried with another micro SD card and it works... With only one game... i put new super mario bros ds, mario kart ds and super mario 64 ds and only mario kart ds works, mario bros ds can be lanched but it freezes after the nintendo screen, and mario 64 ds can't be lanched

That's quite strange. I don't understand why one game would work and the rest wouldn't.

I tried to delete and put new super mario bros ds & mario 64 ds and sometimes mario 64 ds lanch but when i touch the screen for lanching the game when the title appears the game freezes

Its called a shitty Chinese clone with poor as Rom compatablity

So that means that it's a problem of the micro sd card but also of the R4 card ?

I think what Shadow is saying is that it's the fault of the R4 card being a clone and not the SD card. Still, I don't understand then how other people got their R4 Gold Pros working.

Apparently media things are trash in wish but that what i heard about so i'm not that surprised of getting a bad R4
