Ok, I'm on google chrome and it works.
Now what do I download and What do I do after?

Generate a firmware.bin file with the tool inside, put it inside the rxtools/sys folder, there should be a file named code.bin instead, after that transfer it to you SD card.

Then launch it by going to:

Make sure everything in the stress is typed exactly as above.

The tool, is it CDN_firm.py?
If so, I do not gete a Firmware.bin file.
I get a folder called "firm"
inside, there a 3 files named :
0004013800000002.bin
0004013800000102.bin
0004013800000202.bin

With the September 28th build? Made sure everything was on place? Triple check the link too, I made a typo in the past and only spotted after re reading the link several times lol

hum, quick question, Am I supposed to boot the rxtool AFTER being entered in EmuNAND?
or while I'm still in SysNAND?

You have to enter from sysnand.

well, I just noticed that I made a mistake in the link, (http instead of https), fixed it, still doesn't work, same problem

BTW, there's no other mistake, I'm sure of it because it says, loading rxtools/sys/code.bin before crashing
