Can't launch Nvidia share

As title says, when i press alt+z on my keyboard nothing shows up. In task manager there are no "nvidia share" tasks like they were before (i don't think i made something that screws up). I tried updating the drivers but didn't work. I downloaded the geforce experience installer, when i run it it says task scheduler must be running. And when i want to start the schedueler it says it started and then closed. I tried changing the registery but did nothing. So i don't what to do now ..
If you have any idea it would be great
