Hacking Can't launch new installed titles

Hello, everyone! I downloaded Style Savvy: Styling Star and every time I launch it I get a black screen. I've also install the EU version of the game and the same thing happens.

My firmware is 11.6 and I have Luma 9.0 and Boot9Strap. Any help would be appreciated!

I got them from both the eShop and the FreeShop. I've even tried downloading games using FBI and I still get the black screen.
