Hacking Question Cant install Updates and DLC

Whenvever i try installing an update or DLC with tinfoil over usb, I get the message CNMT NCA already installed. Proceeding..
WARNING: Required system firmware version is being IGNORED!

Then nothing happens.

I'm on latest Atmosphere using Tinfoil version 0.3.0

EDIT: Updates and DLC works with Goldleaf. I'm just going to use Goldleaf instead
