When installing PKGs on Rebug 4.84.2 REX, it stops and gives me a "80029566" error code. I've tried the other USB port and other USB devices and I still have this problem.
EDIT: I fixed the problem by removing Internet Download Manager. It seems it was somehow messing up downloads.
