Homebrew Can't Install Just Dance DLC WADS

I want to install Downloadable Content, DLC, on Just Dance 3. I play it via WiiFlow. However, even if my Wii is connected to the internet, It gives me an error. So, I turned to wads. I found some for different songs, both NTSC and PAL. My Wii is NTSC. However, it gives me error -2011 on EVERY manager! I followed Mariocube, but I don't understand. I followed videos, I used riiconnect24patcher.bat, I changed the IOS. It never works. Can anyone help me?
