You have or have had menuhax on you sysnand if i see it right.
Delete depending on the region of your 3ds/n3ds:
  • EUR Region: Delete 00000098
  • JPN Region: Delete 00000082
  • USA Region: Delete 0000008f
  • CHN Region: Delete 000000A1
  • KOR Region: Delete 000000A9
  • TWN Region: Delete 000000B1
Edit: the folder is found within the nintendo 3DS folder, though several layers down

Simply finding the folder on the sd card and deleting it, you dont need to do anything special beyond that.
The folder holds menudata, and is where menuhax gets installed, so deleting it deletes menuhax.

Do be carefull to only delete the folder and nothing else that you see.

No problem always happy to help, at this point you can use godmode9 to copy the emunand to sysnand. https://3ds.guide/move-emunand.
If that is what you want, if you want to keep both the emunand and sysnand and use them both.
Then pres select during boot and check the option you checked last time + use emunand firm if during boot pressing R.
