Gaming Can't get Xenoblade Chronicles to run

I install the cia but it gets stuck at the 3ds boot screen when I try to load it. I'm on 9.2 after using the plialect guide. What do I do?

Yeah the new small model, not the XL

It's the new Super Mario 3d bundle, with the changeable face plates.

Anyone have any ideas? I've searched so many sites and couldn't find any one with the same problem. Every other cia I have installed works fine.

Xenoblade Chronicles requires 9.4+. Update using system settings. It's safe if you have a9lh installed.

And obviously you didn't follow the guide very closely, as the guide itself tells you to upgrade at one point.

I just looked through the guide again and couldn't find a place where it says to update past 9.2, what do I need to use to update the firmware safely? I appreciate the help.
