Homebrew Can't get ips patch for Pokemon Prism working

Hi all,

I made a custom CIA of Pokemon Prism with Ultimate GBC VC Injector for 3DS and I'm trying to apply an ips patch to it but for some reason I can't get it to work.. I've place the patch on the SD as "luma/titles/000400000072FF00/code.ips", I got the id through FBI as it is a custom made CIA. What am I doing wrong here?

Edit: I do have game patching enabled in Luma
