Homebrew Can't get into Homebrew Menu

I have these methods to get into Homebrew launcher

*The homebrew launcher cia
*through ctrbootmanager
*and ninjhax

it doesnt matter which method i use homebrew launcher starts to load it gets to the red bottom screen goes black and then just shows another red bottom screen and then freezes. its the same for whatever method i use
I am on 10.7 reinand new3dsxl

what am i doing wrong?

EDIT: I can get to homebrew through ctrbootmanager but how can i get the cia working?

Did you hex edit the Otherapp payload to point to the HBL 3dsx?

On what firmware are you? It sound like to me that you're using the wrong firmware code for ninjhax when setting it up.

Im using reinand 10.7 and setup ninjhax with new 10.7.0.32e qr code

I have on my sd card

boot.3dsx
boot_hb.3dsx


Also not sure what this file is but i have

hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-7-0-32-EUR.bin

Im not sure if i renamed anything as i installed homebrew launcher ages ago when i setup emunand back when it was 10.3 . Ninjhax used to work on emunand 10.7 when i updated. I recently installed the homebrew launcher cia but i litrally just installed the cia and i didnt replace any files or anything

Rename boot_hb.3dsx to hblm.3dsx, then open the Otherapp payload in a hex editor and search for boot.3dsx. Replace only the first instance of it with hblm.3dsx and save it.
