ROM Hack Can't download the FIRM folder :c (Rxtools) (Python 2.7-2.6)

When I click on cdn_download.py it opens a cmd and closes it, when I type C:\Python2x\python.exe cdn_download.py it says "Usage: cdn_download.py TitleID TitleKey [-redown -redec]

please help, I'm trying to make my 3ds cold boot but I'm getting a black screen, the guide I looked up said to get the firm folder from cdn_download.py

Ok, sounds good, do you have emunand setup and homebrew channel? And what exploit are you using to enter homebrew channel? Not relevant but do you have a copy of ocarina of time?

I already have homebrew launcher, emunand and I use Sky3ds so I have CubicNinja and OOT

Yes, the thing im trying to do is boot into emunand on startup by holding L (coldBoot) but it gives me a black screen
