Hacking Can't download from e-shop

Hi, sorry if this problem has been solved somewhere on google, but from what I can tell it's different from the cases I've looked at.

I can access the e-shop, but I can't download anything from it. This means I can't update my mii plaza, get free demos, and so on.

Some specs:

• O3DS
• newest firmware version (most likely)
• A9LH

I appreciate any help I could get, even if it's a link to someone else with the same problem

What is the error it gives you?

Do you get an error code?

I tried again and now it's working. Usually what would happen is the "updating" bar would fill about halfway and stop, but since it's working now, I can't give the error code. Thanks for your help!
