ROM Hack Cant create new backup in Checkpoint

Hi

i using latest checkpoint and run it but when i try to create a new backup , it doesnt show new save files , it just empty. Anyone know why its like that?

in my sdcard it doesnt show the new save folder under checkpoint

my sdcard is 128gb exFat forced formatted to FAT32

did you seletected correct profile with save data

yes....the same profile when try to save it, it doesnt save it at all...its something wrong with the SDCARD? i also tried to backup into my 32gb sdcard, same result, nothing happened after press backup. It did mentioned new profile save something like that
