Can’t connect to pretendo

Everytime when i try to link a account to the pretendo network. I get an error code: 120-2160. I haven’t change my dns. How do i fix this problem

There are various troubleshooting resources available on the Pretendo Website. Try those first. If the resources on the website cannot assist in solving your problem, you should use one of the support channels on the Pretendo Discord Server. Otherwise, it may be a temporary server outage. If you region changed your wiiu, it's because your SLC and MLC are different versions. Look for a guide to restore the MLC but make sure you restore the SLC as well as the MLC. It's just another quick download and add it to the install folder.

hey can you be more specific on what to do? i region changed my wii u and pretendo isnt working, i get the same error as the person. thats all i know.
