thanx for help..but i will get used to f3 without covers. The guy who did rgh said that its not possible to get covers or to connect to internet. But i think its possible. Maybe something is blocking my internet. Cant tell what but i had difficulties with internet on computer too. I bet somebody is blocking my line on purpose. Im not crazy but thats the only possibility i can think of. I tried everything.

no i didnt take it to him, because he said its not possible to download covers from net. ill try next time i go to my brother house and try it out but that may take a while. thanx anyways

Just a couple notes on this I'd like to mention.
First, I gave up on FSD3 because the team who developed it has all but left the scene, and cover downloading has been on and off for awhile. I use Aurora pretty much exclusively now. Not as pretty IMO, but they still do updates and it will self update when a new version is released and you have a good connection to the webz. It's 0.4b I think right now
Second, DinohScene is right. If this person is telling you covers can't be downloaded from the webz, they either gave you a "not fully functioning" console and are trying to cover themselves or they aren't familiar with the cover download process.
There are some things you should check though. First I would open up Dashlaunch(you should be on 3.15) and see what your settings are. Write them down or save settings to a USB stick. Then go to settings and select restore to default settings. This will make sure your settings are where they need to be for internet access to be enabled and live access blocked. This time save settings to hdd1. Power down and boot back up. If you had your default path set to FSD or Aurora, you will not any longer go directly to them at boot up. Now you will go to NXE dash(microsofts off dash). As long as Dashlaunch is configured in the default settings, you can actually use the "test connection" part of the official dash network settings to see if you're connecting to the network without any fear of making it through to Live. This could at least help you determine if you have a network problem. If it doesn't connect, try a different Ethernet cord. If that doesn't work, see if you can find a network adapter you can borrow and try connecting wirelessly. This is where I would start. Good Luck!!

i have Dashlaunch v3.15 and there is no settings menu to restore to default. i have miscellaneous, current options, save/load. Under miscellaneous i have Launch, System info and then Unload dashlaunch which is grey and dead button, following Install (also dead), Update Patches (dead), Install this (functioning button), and Quit.

under system info i have FTP not running, Updsvr not running. thats it.

Aurora also dont download covers.

Then i have network status:
Network: FAILED
Internet: Blocked
Latency: Blocked
Packet Loss: Blocked
Upload speed: Blocked
Download speed: Blocked

I have Dasboard 2.0.17489.0

Pardon me for the mistake, it's been about 6 weeks or so since I set up an RGH. I could've sworn there's an option in Dashlaunch to reset your values to default. Anyways, try googling "Dashlaunch 3.15" and find the program download from a reputable source(seriously, virus scan it)When you download it there should be a file inside called "sample launch.ini". If you open the file on your comp it should open in notepad. It'll have all the settings and paths in it(true/false, default path:none) etc). Copy and paste the file to USB and rename it launch.ini Plug it into the front of the rgh and turn it on. In NXE dash check your network settings options. I know for sure there's an option in settings for "restore to factory defaults". I think it's under additional options. Try that and see if it'll connect after. Also, again make sure it's not your Ethernet cable. Your xbox isn't making it to the router and it's most likely a setup issue, although hardware failure isn't out of the question.

i did this and still no internet

when i try to refresh artwork it gives me like earning G-s sign that there is no internet . after that i see on dashboard Status: Http: 3 items left (0.00 kBps) and it counts down.

i tried cable from pc (where there is internet) to xbox 360 and it goes no internet connection.

well. thanx for trying to help but i will give up on this....at least games are loading with no problem.

and i noticed that it freezes when i boot to fsd3
