Im running steelhax/freakyhax on 11.1, i can get the main theme to change but i cant no matter what get the BGM to work. I have tried BgmCache.bin, BGM.bcstm but neither work. I am using CHMM2 (from the starter kit). I also tried using 3ds_homemenu_exdatatool but i think that one was a little bit outdated (by a little i mean alot). Can anybody help me?

Also, i got the theme from 3DSThem.es: https://3dsthem.es/6370
I also checked to be sure the file was under 3.3MB (i checked a theme creation post: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-make-a-custom-3ds-theme.377533/)

Are you making the theme yourself? Try limiting the size to 3MB in BRSTM/BCSTM conversion tool

First set a default theme (Red/Blue/Black/etc.), then open CHMM2 and set the theme. CHMM2 doesn't set the sound if the current theme already has sound AFAIK.
