Hacking Cant boot to cfw

Im sorry for noob noob question

I was on update 8.0.0 With atomsphere ..0.8.8 Then i get update 8.0.1 But I didn’t update I follow the guide and disble auto rcm So i can get to recovery mode To delete the update When i boot again ,itis boot to ofw 8.0.0 without atomsphere Did i burn the fuses ( I don’t know what that mean) I even try copy autoshere afain to sd card incase of any error But no any benefit Same ofw Am i fucked up Plz help me

1. Yes, your burned your fuses. But those are important for downgrade only.
2. Boot to RCM and push the payload.

I can’t every time I connect the seitch to pc it is turn on automatically and cant push payload

You need to boot to ecm first. Volume up + jump pin 10 and pin 1 on right joy-con rail (switch side) and boot. It should stay black.. then you can push payload.
You shouldn't have removed the autorcm in the first place.
