Hello,

So i decided to set up Ubuntu along with my Atmosphere. I backed up my sd card and partitioned my SD through Hetake, setting 29gb for emuMMC , 64GB for linux and leaving the remaining 400+ for my SD to use once I recopied everything back over. Linux installed fine and is working perfectly however when I try to boot back into emuMMC i get this message:

Unknown pkg1 version
HOS Version not supported!
or emuMMC corrupt!

Trying backup bootloader...

Found pkg1 ('').
Unknown pkg1 version
HOS Version not supported!
or emuMMC corrupt!

Failed to launch HOS

Press any key..

the EmuMMC folder in my sd card shows the RAW1 , Nintendo > Album,Contents,Save files correctly.

I've also gone ahead and deleted/replaced atmosphere, fusee and the hekate payload with the latest version but it's still not booting. Is there something i'm missing?

thanks in advance.

Sounds like you didn't backup the actual emummc partition, just the folder on your sd card.

Honestly, this is the perfect argument for why people should use separate sd cards for separate operating systems.
