Hacking cant boot gba cia's on n3ds

im on emunand firmware 9.5 using rxtools and pasta cfw
i can easily install gba cias with fbi but for some reason i cant boot them up
ive followed the guides on here and it still wont boot

im not really sure as my sysnand and emunand are unlinked

To be fair, I'm on a O3DS so I don't really know if GBA is working on N3DS yet.

But on O3DS with unlinked nands, you have to install it to both to run in emunand. Or just install and run from sysnand (saves space).

use sysnand with pasta, you alsoneed to uninstall the AGB firm and replace it with the sign check patched version.
