I have followed the Plailect guide and have just installed arm9loader hax and got a success message.
I have copied my console specific otp bin to a safe place.
I am holding down select on boot but am not loading into luma 3ds. I am just getting a black screen.
I have followed the troubleshooting guide
    1. Yes arm9loaderhax exist in ROOT of my sdcard
    2. when i delete the config files i can see luma3ds config menu but it will just goes into blank screen after i press start
    3. nothing happens, even after i change the button to down/up
    4. the test payload didnt do anything either
    5. im trying to get help right now
previously when installing arm9loaderhax i cant boot into 2.1.x.x with my sdcard so i need to unplug it then im able to boot into sysnand, but now when i do that the system will shutdown after a few seconds

i already post this in the noob paradise q&a thread previously but i still haven't been able so solve it
    any help is appriciated :)

EDIT: SOLVED with using hourglass9 as arm9loaderhax.bin

thanks everyone who walked me trough this :)

I'm not familiar with Luma3DS, so bear with me. I've taken the time to read up a little bit on its options and usage and such. I've got a couple of questions for you:

First and foremost, is it set to autoboot sysNAND? I don't know what the defaults are.
Do you have an emuNAND installed?
What firmware version are your sysNAND and emuNAND (if you have the latter)?

As a side note, it's normal for the system to shut off without the SD card in now. A9LH does that.

    EDIT:
I hope I'm not being too literal here, but by not doing anything, you mean that literally, yes? Just powered off? If so, that's good news in that your 3DS isn't bricked.

Don't you need to boot into hourglass9 and restore "emunand_original.bin" to sysnand to complete the guide?

That's a large part of your problem right there. Try setting it to boot into emuNAND and see if that loads up. You can't boot into 2.1 with CFW.

I'm reading that part alongside this. My thought is this: if you can boot into emuNAND, you can work from there to solve your problem. I don't know what permissions Decrypt9 or even Hourglass9 would have on 11.0 (not much as a .3dsx I imagine; no kernel), but I'm sure there are .cia versions if it comes to that.

Bummer. You'd have to mess with your Luma3DS configuration, then...

Haven't used an emuNAND in a while, haha. I guess my avenue was not the avenue to go!
