Gaming Can't access ORAS ranked battles

So i'm in version 10.3-28 and i can access most of wifi services with pokemon ORAS.
But ranked battles, game sync, and all pgl related stuff won't work, any help?

You need to be on the latest version to use Wifi stuff probably

Try updating (And look up Downgrading before you do if you haven't already done that)

Well i can use all wifi stuff excepted pgl related stuff.

People seem to have the most success with downgrading when they follow this method:
- Load HBL through menuhax
- Run FTP-3DS/FTBrony (the latter is included in the homebrew starter kit)
- Press B twice to exit (though I think some people exit by using L+R+Down+B)
- Load SafeSysUpdater and proceed with the downgrade
I've heard of people having success after only 1-2 tries with this method. Give it a try, maybe it will work for you. It shouldn't take long if it works.
