Hacking can't access my micro sd card

I have an acekard2i that I've been using for a while. I can boot it up an play my games already on the card, but when I connect it to a pc I get "unknown usb device" error. I tried reading the the micro sd card in 2 different pc (vista and Xp). The micro sd card is a kingston 8gb card that came with a usb adaptor to connect to a pc. Im stuck trying to acess the card. I tried restarting the pc with the micro sd card already pluged in and still can't access the micro sd card. Any ideas?

Probably a problem with your usb adapter itself. Have you tried other micro SD cards or another usb adapter?

one of my kingston usb adapters does this from time to time. it also gets rather hot when i'm transfering lots of data. basically its starting to die on me.

try another usb adapter as i doubt the issue is with the msd card itself.

thank you. I changed the usb adapter 2xs to make sure it wasnt dead, but I guess I had 2 bad ones. I just tried another adapter and I can access the msd card. Thank you so much for the help...
