Bunch of baloney in here.
- The titles site isn't down, its just that the DNS/URL doesn't work. Find out the IP address of that site and put that into freeshop and you're good to go.
- Vast majority of games still work, only a selection of popular first-party titles are restricted, and not including Pokemon for some reason. The app will crash the moment you start downloading a restricted app. There's a list in the freeshop thread on homebrew forum.
- As I understand, the new 3DS security is actually *more* secure than Switch? Restricted 3DS titles require a valid per-game ticket to download, while Switch just needs a valid per-console cert to download everything.
Nintendo may very well kill the thing off completely soon, but that's all the more reason to use it now while you can.
