Gaming Can't access DLC 2 on Travis Strikes Again

Hi,
Got a problem where I can't have access to DLC 2 on the game, made sure that I had everything installed (reinstalled it multiple times), got access to DLC 1 but not DLC 2. Does anyone else have this problem ? I even tried to update the sigpatches but I can't figure out what's wrong

Idk how I fixed it, I just gave up and tried again a while later and it worked. Maybe an atmosphere update did the trick, I think I also installed the game from another source.
